Product Description
NEOMUL® S concentrated emulsifier is the secondary emulsifier and wetting agent in the NEODRIL® high performance oil-based drilling fluid system. It is used conjunction with NEOMUL® P primary emulsifier to provide excellent emulsion stability, oil wetting of drill solids and HPHT fluid loss reduction.
Applications/Functions
- Prepares NEODRIL® high performance oil-based drilling fluid system
- Functions as secondary emulsifier and prevent water in HPHT filtrate, results in reduced HPHT fluid loss
- Improves the thermal stability and contamination resistance of oil-based mud

Recommended Treatment
- A typical range is 3-6 ppb. The preferred ratio of NEOMUL® P and NEOMUL® S is 3:1 to 2:1, but a pilot test is required for optimal results
