The cold room evaporator is constructed with a shell made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate. It offers advantages such as large heat exchange capacity, simplicity in use, high corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance. The heat exchange coil utilizes internal threads, and the heat exchange copper tube is closely connected to the aluminum fin for enhanced heat transfer efficiency.

Following production, the cold room evaporator undergoes a rigorous decontamination process to ensure quality system cleanliness. Equipped with a high-efficiency outer rotor motor, this structure provides a large air volume, high wind speed, and extended service life. Additionally, the cold room evaporator can be fitted with explosion-proof motors based on specific requirements.
