Product Name: UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. With magnesium oxide, it is stable and thickened, can be cured by ultraviolet lamp, has excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed and excellent mechanical properties. It is suitable for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

4. Suggestions for use:
1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct relationship with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging drum must be placed in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC and the shelf life is 6 months. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
