Equipment features:
1. Use capacitor discharge welding method to achieve weld motor fan with rotor. With SMC pneumatic components, special electrodes and tooling. Enjoy accurate positioning and stable performance.
2. Human-machine interface is operated by touch screen. Timely display charging status and voltage values. Instant high current are obtained in welding. Voltage fluctuations of power grid will not have a direct impact on the welder. Fast logic circuits, good welding effect and accuratge voltage regulation are ensured, even at high welding operation frequency.
3. Equipped with detection and monitor: Secondary welding current; Defective products; Misplace workpiece; air intake pressure detected. Counter counting function.
4. Operate sately: The welder's work area is sealed up by European standard aluminum frame. There are satety gate and safety light curtain.
