New Type Topless flattop Tower Crane PT7528-20t
1). Reduce requirements of lifting equipment when install and dismantle tower cranes. Because there's no tower head, its unit quality is small, installing height is low, max. Installing height is lower 10m than same loading topkit tower crane. For topkit tower cranes, when assemble hoisting jibs, have to joint all jib frames, pulling rods and other accessories on the ground, then will be lifted compeletely, so that will need large capacity lifting equipment. Because connection of jib tip hinge pins, then can lift hoisting jib to connect pulling rod, easy to cause accidents. However, flat top tower cranes won't have such condition. Hoisting jibs of flat top tower cranes are 4m, 5m or 10m per section, take 50m jib as an example, its unit quality is 1/5 of whole jib, can be installed and dismantle in the air, that reduce requirements of lifting equipment when install and dismantle, can save freight of installing and dismantling, safer and quicker.
2) Suitable for tower cranes group cross operation on the same construction site. Because no tower head, cross height can be reduced to 3m when two tower cranes cross operation, topkit tower cranes needs 10m at least. Less time of installing, lower capacity requirement of lifting equipment, less ballastings, smaller tower body and chassis.
3). Suitable for special work sites. Because no tower head, efficent height of hook and space utilization is improved, so are suitable for special work sites, for example, building of airport, tunnel, workshop and work under high voltage, topkit tower cranes can't do that as flat top tower cranes.
