Product Description
This machine employs LDPE or LLDPE materials in a Two-Screw Co-Extrusion process that allows for the use of different formulas to produce single-side adhesive stretch film. The stretch film is commonly used in the packaging of construction materials, friction fittings, barrel film, barrel paper, and hardware fittings. The screws and barrel are made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding and special treatments. The machine utilizes water circulation for cooling, which results in the best cooling effect and stretch film transparency.
Stretch film is commonly used for containerized packing of commodities in export trade,food industry, paper industry artwork,glass ceramics,periodicals and magazines,electronic equipment,chemical raw materials,etc.

Q1:What are the payment and trade terms you accept?
Usually we accept T/T 30% deposit, and then pay the remaining 70% before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo.But we also accept other methods,such as L/C.

Firstly,our machine is stable and simple enough for one person to operate,all you need to do is learn some basic operations.Our engineers are always available to provide you with technical support, and they can also come to your factory to help you install and test the machine.
Q3:How to provide maintenance services in the later stage if the equipment is damaged?
We will provide you with vulnerable spare parts, as well as some key parts such as gearbox. Our quality is very good, and if they break down within a year, we will send them to you free.
