Weld wire mesh machine is combining mechanical, electronic and computer control together. The chief feature is accessing of adjustable warp wire and adjustable weft wire distances with imputing data into the computer.
Welded wire mesh welded by this machine is flat in surface and yield little diagonal tolerance.
And the machines are widely used in welding highway, railroad guard rail fence, high-rise construction fence pieces.

2 .This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The centcontrol and welding time are composed of PLC program system .The input frontpanel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, times welding .
3 Percut line wire by manual feeding, percut cross wires auto feeding with the high production rate. The hopper adopts the steeping motor; brake motor wheels ;pulling the wire net is controlled by the steeping motor .
4 The greatest advantage is you can adjust the distance of weft wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet.
