Insert plate for NIJ 0101.06 level III / IV SA/ ICW
i) 99% Al2O3, SiC, B4C are used as ceramics
ii) Composites are optional and different
iii) Ballistic plates are offered at desired international levels
iv)Multi-curve, single curve, monolithic and tiles are for your solutions
v)Different models and sizes of plates can be customized
* Application: armor plates for a bulletproof vest, ballistic shield, bulletproof wall, vehicle armor, ship armor
* Ballistic Protection Performance: certified NIJ-STD-0101.06 level III / III+ / III++ / IV against high threat 7.62mm AP / API ,multi-hits capabilities.

2. Product characteristic (feature)
* Construction:i) in conjuction with (ICW.) IIIA or lower threat level soft armor panel;
ii) Stand Alone(SA.),which means it can protect against the III/IV rating threat without any soft armor ballistic panels / inserts.
* Size:
Standard: 250mm×300mm,
custom size: 280*360mm, 300*350mm,350*400mm, 600*600mm, 800*800mm, 1200*1200mm, 1600*1600mm,1200*1600mm,150*200mm,100*150mm, 200*200mm etc.
* Contour:
curved /flat plate, shooters cut / Square cut / SAPI cut / customizable
* Outer Cover Processing
i) durable black colored water proof nylon fabric padded with foaming cloth on the edge of the plates (standard) ;
ii) wrapped with wear resistance elastic strap or rubber frame on the edge of the plates (optional);
iii) advanced Line-X( polyurea) coating finish all around the plate surface (optional)

We are glad to send you different samples for your inspection or test, because as a military and professional factory, we could manufacture different bulletproof vest, bullet proof plates, Ballistic glass, tactical Ballistic helmet etc in your design and specification, it is very easy to us, but you may have to pay some cost in the beginning, and this charge will be deducted once orders are released.
