(1) The following inspection and maintenance should be carried out on the fixture before use
1) Check and measure each locator and whether the placement of the 3D welding platform support angle iron is accurate. The worn positioning elements should be replaced to ensure the shape and size of the assembled and welded products are accurate and stable;
2) Check whether the stressed components are damaged or deformed. If so, they must be replaced to ensure safe and reliable use;
3) Remove the welding rod head and slag skin on the fixture, and properly lubricate the hinge and shaft;
4) Run and operate the empty car, check whether the movement status of each clamping mechanism is normal. If there is a cooling water and air pressure piping system, check for leaks, etc.;
5) Check the connection of the welding circuit and the insulation of various electrical appliances to prevent electric shock.

(2) Pay attention during use:
1) Check whether the positioning datum of the 3D flexible welding platform of the workpiece is in close contact with each positioning component. If there are individual poor contacts, find out the reason and overcome it. If the position of the locator is accurate, the clamping force may be insufficient, otherwise, the shape and size of the workpiece have errors, and the workpiece must be corrected at this time;
2) Unless it is for better control of welding deformation, it is generally not allowed to adjust and change the position of the positioner; 3) It is not allowed to hammer the workpiece on the positioning, supporting and other fixtures, especially in the clamped state, the vibration will reduce the self-locking performance of the clamp. For example, vibration can cause the eccentric clamp to loosen automatically. It is generally not allowed to use a hammer clamp to loosen or clamp the workpiece except that the elasticity of the wedge can be hammered;
4) Due to the thermal stress and deformation generated during the welding process, there is a large binding force on the fixture. When releasing the clamp, be sure to open the direction in which the workpiece rebounds and the direction in which the clamp withdraws to prevent injury.
