Silicon Carbide Kiln Furniture is made by using high-purity SiC as aggregate, adding silicon powder and other additives, and firing in a nitriding furnace based on the in-situ generation theory.The product has excellent resistance to oxidation, alkali and CO corrosion.Application of Silicon Carbide Kiln Furniture:
It is mainly used as the lining of the lower part of the blast furnace, and its service life is more than doubled compared with the traditional refractory materials. In addition, it can be used as the lining of aluminum reduction cell and ceramic kiln furniture, which has the advantages of energy saving, longer life, and no pollution to the environment.

Packing Method:
a. bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. there will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
