The machine adopts single beam adjustment technology, the upper roller has more pressing methods than ordinary leveler, in addition to the overall tilt adjustment flattener roller system can be parallel and inclined pressing function, but also can realize the roll system V-shape arrangement, leveler can feed bidirectional. The opening of the feeding end is enlarged, which solves the difficult problem of the plate feeding of the ordinary upper roll system integral tilt adjustment leveler, and shortens the auxiliary feeding time. At the same time, it especially solves the problem that the middle roller of the ordinary leveler can not be pressed down. By pressing down each upper roller, especially the middle upper roller, it fully realizes the correction principle that the correction will be too positive, and the plate deformation is more sufficient and the leveling accuracy is higher.
