The water (activated sludge mixture) of the secondary sedimentation tank flows into the diversion area through the water distribution hole pipe of the distribution channel, and then descends to the bottom of the pool through the baffle plate and the water baffle plate. The mud flows toward the center and rises in a plane after collection. In the process of converging and rising to the center of the pool, the clarified liquid is separated and flows back to the outlet channel at the side of the pool to form a large annular density flow, and the sludge settles to the bottom of the pool.
