YOLO guarantees excellent uniformity across the tungsten wire. For any continuous 200 mm section, the weight difference does not exceed 0.5% of the nominal specification.Straightness
- For straightened tungsten wire with a diameter less than 100 μm, the natural droop height of any 500 mm section is ≥450 mm.
- For wire with a diameter ≥100 μm, the arc height of any 100 mm chord length is ≤10 mm.
- The wire's surface is smooth and free of defects such as cracks, burrs, scratches, dents, unevenness, or oil contamination.

YOLO implements thorough inspections at every production stage, ensuring 100% flaw detection for wire ends as thin as 0.39 mm to identify cracks. The grading system includes Grade A (e.g., 2 crack points per 100 meters), B, and C. Any wire below Grade C is discarded, as more cracks increase the likelihood of yarn breakage during processing.
