XPE FOAM (Chemical cross-linked polyethylene foam)
Made by high temperature foaming after extrusion of the well-distributed blend of melted low density polyethylene (LDPE), A C foaming agent and other powders. XPE has many good properties, such as waterproof, moisture-proof,insulation, shock absorption, cushioning, rebound elacticity,heat insulation, thermal insulation, weather resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, light weight, formability, etc.

What is pe foam?
XPE ( crosslinked polyethylene foam) a chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam, with low density polyethylene resin and a crosslinking agent and foaming agent through continuous foaming and high temperature, XPE is chemically stable, difficult to decompose, odorless and flexible.
Useage
1. Soft car interior
IXPE foam has the characteristics of light weight, moisture-proof, sound-proof, heat insulation and so on.It is mainly used for interior decoration, seat cushion, foot cushion, truck sleeping cushion and other cushioning materials and instrument insulation materials.
2. Green buildings
PE foam has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, good waterproof and sound insulation performance, etc. It can be used as the sound insulation, shock absorption, heat insulation and anti-seepage material for the roof, wall, foundation, etc.Using polythene foam as the floor lining can greatly reduce the sound transmission between the upper and lower floors of multi-storey buildings.It is soft, aging resistant and impermeable.
