Product Description
Our products cover tyre cord fabric in rolls, cutting pieces, tyre cord in 2ply, and yarn in bobbins.
In fact, we are specialized in manufacturing A Grade tyre cord fabric for tyres, and we do business in this field for 15 years. When produce A grade, some data does not reach standard for making tyres, so degrade B grade tyre cord fabric, and also many stock from our clients---tyre or tire cord fabric factories, Now we job almost second grade tyre cord fabrics from tyre factories and tyre cord fabric manufacturers.
Product Description
Dipped tire cord fabricIt is mainly made of nylon 6,nylon 66 and polyester, has advantage as:
1. high breaking strength,
2. excellent impact resistance,
3. high fatigue-proof strength,
4. good adhesive strength with rubber.
It is the high quality skeleton material of various rubber products
which take the important role that insures shape and bears load.

Usage
It is widely used in the reinforcement for
rubber tire,
conveyor belts,
rubber hoses,
flexible oil tanks for military purpose.
Packing and delivery:
1. Packing details : International standard export packing in packages or according to customer's requirement.The fabric is wound on a wooden shaft / iron shaft, then wrapped with black polyethylene film, and then covered by PE film, finally tightly PP woven bag.
Every roll weight/length according to customer's requirement.
2. Payment Terms : 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, 70% at sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Time :
after received workable deposit
2 -5 days for samples
15-20 days for 1-3 20 fcl containers
20-30 days for 3-5 20 fcl containers
