The initial layer of separation is usually a fine particle layer composed of borosilicate glass fibers with defined layer thicknesses and pore sizes. These microfiber papers, which are almost binder-free, are capable of withstanding various types of lubricating oil even at high operating temperatures.
The second layer of separation is crafted from polyester fleece. In demanding operating conditions, a third pre-separation layer can safeguard the other two layers from overloading, thereby enhancing the air oil separator's lifespan.
Our air filter boasts imported media that delivers superior performance and stability, resulting in low differential pressure and higher filter efficiency.
The imported HV air filter media features a smooth surface, low quantitation, fine fiber, superfine fiber, and small aperture. The smaller and denser filter media aperture allows for much more overlapped layers, resulting in higher efficiency, more stable performance, more dust collected, and longer service life.
Under normal working conditions, the oil carried over is less than or equal to 3mg/m³, with an initial DP of 0.02MPa.
