3.Could I print my own brand/ logo?

- Of course! OEM printing logo/pattern is welcomed based on MOQ. For other personal customizations, welcome to consult us, and we will try our best to implement them for you.

4.What is the minimum order quantity for logo printing?

- 50pcs of each product.

5.Could we do customize, but we can't reach your MOQ. What should I do?

- Under this condition, you can contact with our sales and check our recent order schedule, if we have same or similar palette is going to do mass production and you can accept, you can place a smaller order under our MOQ, we would be very glad to assist.

6.How to check my logo effect before production?

- We will show U a mock in picture (with your logo in product) and confirm with you before production.

7.Can I get a sample before placing big orders?

- Yes, we can provide you with 2 free samples, but you need to pay the shipping cost. 1-3 working days package can be ship out.

8.Is the color of the product on the web images authentic and reliable?

- Based on the different color effects of different monitors, we can not guarantee that there will be no difference between the web images and the products, and it is tested differently in different skin tones, so we encourage you to purchase samples.

9.What's the universal lead time for order delivery?

- Goods in stock: 2-10 working days. (If you need to add your logo on items, it needs 5-10 days to make you logo.) 

- Mass production: 10-25 working days (It's longer in peak season .)

10.Which shipping way is available and how to track?

- By sea to your nearest port

- By air to your nearest airport 

- By express (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS)to your door

- When your order shipping out, we will provide you a tracking no. then you can know clearly the status of the goods.

11.My package has missing products. What should I do?

- Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together, at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveniences!

12.If got broken powders in my products.What should I do?

- Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal, if it is over than 3%, please send pictures in time, we will compensate at your next order.

13.Are the products cruelty free and Vegan friendly?

- Yes, we never test on animals and the ingredients are vegan friendly.
