Packaging and Shipping: After production, we will package your ceramic ghosts securely and arrange safe international shipping, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
Q1. Are you a manufacturing or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer with OEM/ODM service.
Q2. Can I customize my products?
A: Yes, we are glad to receive your custom requests regarding colors, materials, sizes, thicknesses, and printing.
Q3. If I want to get the sample, How long does it usually take you to make a delivery?
A: Generally, we need 3-7 days to make the sample, if there are regular samples in stock, we will provide them directly
Q4. How about the shipping way?
A: (1). If the order is not big, door-to-door courier service is okay, such as TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS, to all countries.
(2). By air or sea through your nomination forwarder is the normal way I do.
(3). If you don't have your forwarder, we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.
