Q1: Where is your factory?
A1: Our factory is located in Nanhe District, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. We warmly welcome your visit. We near to Tianjin and Qingdao Port.

A2: Depending on the product the MOQ is different, welcome to inquire, different items can use LCL
Q3: Do you offer free sample?
A3: Yes, free samples are available. But the shipping cost should been paid by the buyer, and we shall return the shipping charge after you make the order.
Q4: How long can I get your quotation?
A4: Within 12 hours after inquiry is made.

A5: Customized logo and packing needs 2 weeks at least. 7-10days if ordering from our own brand.
