A: Please provide the 2D/3D product drawings in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your specific items, but typically range from 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Simply send a sample to our factory. We can copy it or provide better solutions. Alternatively, send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we can create CAD or 3D files upon order placement.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union is required. For larger orders, we accept a 50% T/T advance payment, with the balance due before shipment.
Q: If you produce poor-quality goods, will you offer a refund?
A: Quality is strictly controlled at Poozer. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, we will either replace the product or offer a full refund.
