Product Description:
This dry ice block machine is a combination of two machines: a dry ice granulator and a dry ice forming machine. The liquid CO2 passes through the dry ice granulator then it was transported to the dry ice forming machine. Under high pressure, dry ice pellet become dry ice block.The formed dry ice is mainly used for refrigerating transportation, etc. Because the machine is to compress dry ice granular into block shape, the smaller size of dry ice particles, the bigger output. We recommend the diameter of dry ice particles be less than 3 mm. Then dry ice particles can be formed faster and the output will be larger. The density of the block dry ice produced is more than 1.5 t/m3. The size of the produced block ice can be customized. Customers just tell us their needs and we will recommend suitable production solutions for you.
