Yes, we accept OEM order, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: What is the payment?.
T/T 30% deposit in advance, the balance to be paid against the copy of B/L, also we accept the LC, PAYPAL and west union.
Q6: How about the shipping cost?
If your goods are not large, we can send them to you via courier, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. we cooperated with them for long time, so we have good price. Airline and sea shipping are also optional, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

(3). Sample approval, customer make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI

(5). Customer arrange the inspection.
(6). We arrange shipment based on ETD.
(7). We arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents
(8). Customer finish the balance payments
(9). We send original documents or telex release the goods
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, take photos and videos of the problems and send to us, we will confirm the problems, such as caused by machine, workers, shipment etc. Within three days, we will draw up the satisfied compensation scheme for you.
