1. Features of Screw Blower:
1). No lubricating oil is involved in the compression process to ensure that the compressed air does not contain lubricating oil; It can produce high standard oil-free compressed air with oil content of grade 0; To meet today's increasingly high air quality requirements.
2). Special seal design, completely isolated lubricating oil into the compression chamber;
3). motor frequency conversion control, intelligent matching speed, to ensure stable exhaust pressure;
4). motor adopts permanent magnet frequency conversion control, improve energy saving effect;
5). The design, manufacture and test of our screw blower are in accordance with GB/T15487. The fully enclosed IP54 motor shell ensures the continuous operation in the dust and damp environment with excellent reliability.
2. Compared with traditional blower, TKLG series oil-free screw blower has the following performance advantages:
1). Low energy consumption: oil-free screw blower based on the principle of adiabatic compression, the total efficiency of more than 75%, compare with roots blower energy saving 20%-35%. Higher exhaust pressure, lower pressure pulse.
2). Low noise: screw rotor pneumatic noise is very small, stable output, eliminate the sudden release of internal air, wave air inlet and outlet reduce the air flow fluctuation to a minimum, noise is less than the traditional blower.
3). intelligent: intelligent PLC control, remote control. Multiple communication methods, convenient operation and management.
4). low cost: optimized structural design, ensure the durability of the product, at the same time the unit runs smoothly, small load, no need special infrastructure. Maximize customer benefit.
3. Energy saving factors of TKLG series oil-free twin screw blower:
1). Adopt the form of internal compression of the twin screw, the internal air path has been optimized to reduce the pressure drop and air turbulence;
