Application:
The packing machine is suitable for packing water, oil, perfume, yogurt etc, liquid packing machine
It can do bag making, measuring, filling, sealing and cutting automatically, and it can reach 120 bags/min.
Feature
This machine is very important specialty. Our machine uses a unique pump which ensures that the filling is very accurate and sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight.
The unique technology and craftwork is used on the horizontal and vertical sealing heating system, which makes the sealed bags are fantastically smooth, no any wrinkles and looks perfect.
Fireresistant and pressure proof bearings are installed on terminal sealing rollers inside and consistently maintain machine integrated operation. On market there are some machines are with bearing bush only can be used 2-3 months.
Machine operation is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. It can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese etc. You can also create the password on the touch screen to avoid the non operating personnel change the datas.
Photocell fixes bag length by film label.
Traditional cutter is embedded on sealing rollers, the sealing and silting are at same time, blade will be blunt after 3 months. The cutter new design is individual from sealing roller. In our new design that cutter can be used at least to 3 years.
The motor is servo motor instead of frequency motor. The internal gear with steel chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keep the noise quietly and extend the service life more than 10 years. This servo motor doesn't need any lubrication oil, run steady and other advantage of this motor is power save.
