High-performance KWLW centrifuges are used for highly efficient solids separation, barite regeneration in oil and gas drilling and for use in conjunction with chemical dosing unit in separation process after vertical cuttings dryer and spent drilling fluid clarification. With reasonable oilfield design and strong production material, KWLW Series decanter centrifuge can work perfectly to achieve these operation purpose.
KSLW Decanter Centrifuge can be used for onshore drilling and offshore drilling rig platform. Kingwell 14 inch (355mm) diameter bowl high-speed decanter centrifuge which has a length over diameter ratio of 3.5:1 with high speed up to 3900 RPM. The centrifugally casted stainless steel SS316L bowl and the tungsten carbide hardened tiles on the conveyor maximize the KWLW35 centrifuges operational service life between overhauls. All bearings fitted to the KWLW35 centrifuge are SKF/FAG premium brand bearings for extended service life and reliable operation. Meanwhile, Kingwell adopt 3-layers marine paintings to get better anti- corrosive performance.

1. The cylindrical and conical bowl parts are made of SS316L or duplex stainless steel SS2205. Other parts of the bowl assembly are made of SS304 stainless steel to ensure reliable operation and long service life.
2. The screw protection is made of tungsten carbide, which ensures a long service life.
3. The windows for unloading drilling fluid and solid phase are protected by carbide inserts made of tungsten carbide.
4. Genuine SKF/FAG bearing for longer and reliable operation.
5. A VFD allows you to smoothly adjust the operating mode of the centrifuge and select the optimal performance depending on the type and composition of the drilling fluid.
6. The adjustable height of the liquid discharge in the bowl ensures an optimal balance between the purity of the discharged liquid and the dryness of the discharged solid phase
