F-1600 BOMCO Drilling Mud Pump
The drilling mud pump is known as the heart of drilling operations, and the efficiency of drilling is directly related to the mud pump. It is the main working equipment for providing mud system circulation. The F-1600 mud pum is produced in strict accordance with the American API7K standard and China's natural gas industry standard SY/T6918-2021 standard, and strictly factory inspection.
F series mud pump has strong structure, compact, small size, good performance, and adapts to the drilling process requirements of high pumping pressure and large displacement in oil fields.
The F series mud pump has a long stroke and can be used at a lower stroke, effectively improving the water feeding performance of the mud pump, prolonging the service life of vulnerable parts at the hydraulic end, and achieving the best buffering effect in the suction pipeline.
The power end of the F series pump adopts a combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication, which provides reliable lubrication and increases the life of the power end.
F series of mud pump is widely used in oil fields and other industrial and mining enterprises, drilling, workover and other operations.
- Check before starting: the connection parts should be tightened; Electric rotation direction should be correct; Clutch flexible and reliable; The pipe connection is firm, the seal is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.
- Before the liquid mud pump starts, the suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body must be filled with water, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer must be filled with oil.
- Rotate by hand, so that the piston reciprocates twice, no resistance and good line insulation can be no-load start, after starting, until the normal operation and then gradually increase the load.
- The operation should pay attention to the sealing of the sealing device, if necessary to adjust. Pull rod and auxiliary rod should be lubricated frequently.
- The mud sediment content should not exceed 10% during operation.
- There are several speed of the mud pump in order to make the splash lubrication reliable, should be in each shift to run several speed respectively, the time is not less than 30 seconds.
- It is strictly prohibited to change the speed during operation, and the pump should be stopped when changing the speed
