DANA F20 series UV laser marking machine excels in ultra-fine marking on production line. The UV laser's minute focus spot enables exceptionally fine printing, making it ideal for detailed marking on food and pharmaceutical packaging materials.

 
1.The F20 series UV laser marking machine comprises of a UV laser, Galvanometer, Field mirror, Touch-Screen Controller, and system support, with the aluminum shell for stability and durability. Additionally, it offers optional water cooling or air cooling systems tailored to the environmental needs of customers' workshops.

2.The UV laser, with a wavelength of 355nm, achieves its marking effect by directly interrupting the molecular chains of materials using short-wavelength light. This method significantly reduces mechanical and thermal deformation (cold processing), making it particularly suitable for materials that are sensitive to thermal radiation.

3.The system incorporates an automatic coding function, capable of generating variable data such as serial numbers, batch numbers, and dates tailored to specific user requirements on user requirements. It is compatible with popular software applications including AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP, CAXA, and others. It supports a wide range of file formats including PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, and more.
