>>Overview
Used for real-time concentration online monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from industries such as petrochemical, spray painting, injection molding, coatings, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and automotive manufacturing.

The system uses advanced GC-FID+high-temperature complete extraction technology, capable of measuring multiple parameters including methane, total hydrocarbons, non-methane total hydrocarbons, temperature, pressure, flow rate (flow), O2, humidity, and can be expanded to measure benzene series or other characteristic factors.

The sample gas passes through a dust-removal probe and is heated by a trace-heating tube before entering the high-temperature chromatograph for analysis, effectively preventing sample loss during collection and analysis. It offers excellent stability for data upload and maintenance.

>>Overview
The AG-GC07 gas chromatograph uses high-temperature heated dual-column parallel backflushing chromatography separation technology.

It can automatically measure and analyze methane and total hydrocarbons content. The non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) content is calculated by the difference between total hydrocarbons and methane. This significantly shortens the analysis cycle. Additionally, the high temperature heating technology, designed for high-boiling non-methane total hydrocarbons, greatly reduces the chromatographic peak broadening of high-boiling NMHCs, allowing for accurate measurement of NMHCs, even in the presence of high concentrations of non-methane total hydrocarbons.
