1. The roller is meticulously crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, providing a hard and wear-resistant surface with an impressive hardness rating of HRC68-75.
2. Each roller end is supported by a roller ball bearing bush, offering the benefits of smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise levels, and extended service life.
3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, ensuring simple and straightforward operation.
4. Equipped with an overloading protection device, the machine ensures the main components are safeguarded against potential damage.
5. The machine features a single drive-type transmission structure, utilizing a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage to the main parts from transmission overload.
