Dichroic Filters
The dichroic mirror (color separation filter) can be used to isolate a specific range of the visible spectrum, a small amount of color used in the addition and photocopier in the color balance.
The type of filters in the incident beam can be divided into two or more beam applications also play a big role.
A dichroic filter is typically used at angle of incidence of 45° to reflect (transmit) excitation light to the sample and transmit (reflect) the emitted signal to the detector.
Two grades are available for standard fluorescence and flow cytometry applications.
