DZ mobile low-noise axial flow fan
DZ-type mobile low-noise axial flow fan is mainly characterized by a wide blade, large chord length, space distortion, and an inclined blade shape, which can reach the required air volume and pressure at low speed and reduce fan noise. The impeller diameter of the fan has a total of 34 specifications from small to large, and the number of fan blades of each specification is four. The fan can be installed in a wall or pipe.
By using environment:
Ordinary type: suitable for non-flammable, explosive, and non-corrosive gas environments;
Anti-corrosion type: the impeller and casing are made of glass fiber-reinforced plastics, which are applicable to the environment containing corrosive gases;
Explosion-proof type: the motor is the explosion-proof type and the blade is aluminum alloy, which is suitable for flammable and explosive gas environments;
In order to meet the noise requirements of different places, more fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, or they can be made into enveloped shell mufflers.

Installation precautions:
1. Before installation, carefully check whether the fan is damaged or deformed. If it is damaged or deformed, it can be installed only after it is properly treated.
2. During installation, check whether the connecting parts are loose, and the clearance between the blades and the air duct should be uniform without touching.
3. The connecting air outlet pipe shall not be borne by the fan and air duct and shall be additionally supported during installation.
4. The fan inlet shall be equipped with an air collector and protective wire mesh.
5. The fan base must be naturally connected with the foundation plane. It is not allowed to knock the base for forced connection to prevent the deformation of the base. During installation, the base should be corrected, padded with an iron sheet, and basically kept in a horizontal position, and then tighten the foundation bolts.
6. After installation, the test must be carried out first, and only after the operation is normal can it be officially used.
