What is Wood Plastic Composite (WPC)?
WPC is a green building material, it's made of 60%-50% natural wood fiber( Professionally Dry treatment ), 30%-40% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 5% -10% Chemical additives ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, color rants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent etc..).
3D Embossing WPC Composite Cladding is a kind of new technology cladding product.The main technology is the 3D embossing process during extrusion the cladding planks.3D embossed composite cladding supply the natural look and feel of traditional wood, but the structure of composite cladding is more durable and requires almost no maintenance.
3D embossed cladding use the latest pressing rollers and sanding methods to present the most perfect 3D wood grain texture on the composite cladding, and take advantage of the excellent properties of composite wood and unique surface treatments to make your life more natural ,casual and more beautiful.

There is no MOQ. But the price will be different.

30% T/T Deposit in advance, the balance before shipping or against the copy of B/L. L/C at sight or others
4.What is the sample price and sample production time?
If you need to check samples first , the samples are free; However, you need pay the shipping charge, and the charge will be refund to you when mass order confirmed.
5. What is mass production time for one 20ft container?
10-15 days
6. What is the export port?
Shanghai port, Nanjing port or Wuhu port
7. Can you stick the label with our logo on the boards?
Yes, please provide the label drawing, we can stick the customized label on the board.
8. Is it difficult to install the wpc board?
No, it is easy to install. Using the tool which you use to install the real wood. Fix the board on the substructure with clips.
