A:We can help customer to design schematic digram , pcb design(layout), PCB engineering and manufacturing , PCB assembly and program &test , IC sourcing . We are a PCB technical company , we could provide below service with free charge , 1, PCB Stackup and impedance caculation , 2, PCB&PCBA technical consulting,3, Free samples ; 4, Help customer to build new package for PCB ; 

 

Q:How is quality control , 

A:We have perfect quality management system such as ISO9001, TS16949, IS014001. We also have CTI trainer certificate. In QC process, for components and all other materials ,we have IQC inspector, the materials will be inspeceted before production,we also have IPQC inspector and AOI machine ,X-ray ,FA measure machine to control the PCB&PCBA process .100% E-T test and reliable tests before delivery should be done. 

 

Q:What is your production capacity ? 

A:The capacity of PCB factory is 32K m2/month ,about 12000jobs/month. We have 10 production lines for PCBA ,6 reflow lines , 4 DIP lines, Pcb assembly capacity 5million/24hours. Q:Could you quote us components/ICs only without PCB or PCB assembly? A:Yes, we can ,we have professional IC sourcing team ,we can quote a whole BOM within 48hours. If you have leadtime demands ,please let us know before quotation. 

 

Q:What files you need to provide for quote ? 

A:For OEM project 1, gerber files and specification, BOM list ; 2, Testing method; 3, software if need programing or burning . For ODM project 1, Technical requirements; 2, Acceptance standard;

 

Q:What is your MOQ ? 

A:No MOQ required, 1pcs is okay , but MOV is needed , it will be quoted according the project. 

 

Q:How about the payment term ? 

A:Normally we make full payment in advance, but if your are our VIP clients , 30payment in advance , and 70% payment before delivery .
