Application scenario


Equipment description:
The equipment scans the surface of the circuit board through the high-precision line laser probe to obtain the contour data of the workpiece surface, and then calculate the flatness and warpage degree. It is suitable for high precision and fast non-contact measurement of warpage and flatness of circuit boards in batches, and can realize separate processing of qualified products and products without grid.
The software can produce three kinds of results:
1,Warping degree
2,The distance from the highest point of the board to the reference platform
3,flatness
The above three results are optional.
Measurement process description :
- First of all, the belt width of the assembly line and the size of the lifting platform are adjusted to the current size of the required measurement product;
- Set the scanning parameters and scanning points of the line scanning laser;
- Set up NG machine hand grab material;
- Set OK product crawl;
- After each structure is set up, the measurement can be started. When the product is qualified, the robot will absorb the product to the qualified area. When the product is not qualified, the robot will absorb the product to the unqualified area;
- Continuous feeding for continuous measurement.

Equipment measurement principle:
Flatness measurement principle:
1. On the surface of the workpiece, P1~P9, a total of 9 points.
2. A fitting plane is synthesized by fitting 9 points.
3. Find the maximum positive value and the maximum negative value farthest from the fitting surface, and add the absolute values of these two values to be flatness

Warpage measurement principle:

Set in the workpiece surface in about nine points p1, p2, p3, p4, p5, p6 and p7, p8, p9
1,To fit a surface with p1, p7, p9, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitting surface, and find the maximum value #1.
2,To fit a surface with p7, p9, p3, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitting surface, and find the maximum value #2.
3,To fit a surface with p9, p3, p1, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitting surface, and find the maximum value #3.
4,To fit a face with p3, p1, p7, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitted face, and find the maximum value #4.
5,One of the largest values in maximum #1 to #4 is warpage.

The volume weight of a single product is too large, and the volume will be large. If it is extra component a box of products, there are regulations, the weight should not exceed 20 to 25kg .and double-watt cartons can generally carry it. Packaging,especially the outer box, has a certain function to protect the product . It has reasonable distribution in plug transportation,warehouse and tansportation to fully protect products.
