PTFE needle felt is created by combining PTFE scrim with PTFE staple fiber. It can be transformed into PTFE needle felt with membrane or PTFE impregnated needled felt after varied post-treatment, which is generally used for creating 100 percent PTFE filter bag applicable to diverse operating conditions and filter fineness requirements.
For high corrosivity, high temperature, and high humidity working conditions, 100 percent PTFE needle felt is often used. Currently, it is widely utilized in trash incineration, medical waste incineration, and the chemical sector.
