The fully automatic sealing and cutting machine can be used for fully automatic online shrink packaging of products. It uses photoelectric detection of products automatically. It can choose between automatic feeding and manual feeding modes. It uses folded film and can seal the other three sides.
The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard heat-sealing films such as PE, PVC, POF, etc. The seal is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting.
When changing the product size, only a simple adjustment is made through the hand wheel without replacing any parts, which reduces the product replacement time and is easier to operate. The adjustable speed front feeding system and the storage work platform at the back make the whole machine truly high-speed and unmanned automatic operation.
Instructions for use of main switches(1) Itinerary setting
The longer the time, the longer the excess part of the shrink film will be, and it will not look beautiful after shrinking. (The shrink film will loosen after packaging).
Note: When the time is too short, the sealing and cutting knife may cut into the packaging, usually the time is 0.1-0.5 seconds (but the time will be different due to the different thickness of the packaging).
(2) Counter
When the package passes through the electric eye switch and the sealing and cutting knife descends and then rises again, the number on the counter will be displayed. *(To reset the digits on the counter to zero, press the "RESET" button in the upper right corner)
(3) Radio eye switch (installed on both sides of the conveyor belt)
When the package passes through the electric eye, the stroke setter takes effect, and the sealing and cutting knife descends to seal and cut.
(4) Selector switch
When installing the film or debugging the machine, the manual position must be selected. At this time, the conveyor belt is not running and the electric eye is closed. Select the automatic position during formal packaging. At this time, the conveyor belt is running and the electric eye is started. When the package touches the electric eye, the sealing and cutting knife will automatically lower. Be careful not to touch the electric eye with your hands.
(5) Sealing and cutting temperature
Usually the horizontal sealing is set at about 180°C, and the vertical sealing is set at about 300°C. (The material and thickness of the shrink film vary).
(6) Sealing time
Usually set at 0.8 seconds. (The material and thickness of the shrink film vary).
(7) Cylinder aspect
The water should be drained at least once a month (near the white button under the cylinder and the water will come out) and the oil should be checked at least once a month.
