Features:
The equipment adopts PLC control and touch screen display, which can automatically detect the missing materials, missing nails, counting, cutting materials and other technological process in the system, and display the fault position on the touch screen.
It also adopts thick stainless steel and enlarge the elbow structure, reduce the phenomenon of down nail clamping, more durable.The guide rail can lift the structure, convenient to take out the stuck nails. Also optimize the cutting structure, reduce the probability of cutting nails, extend the life of cutting cylinder.
Processing:
To put the iron nails on the vibration hopper, arrange the loose nails in order by the vibration hopper, then enter the feeding mechanism through the blanking track, then enter into the welding wheel, and with two pieces of copper welding wire weld in line row nails.Then through automatic anti-rust oil, drying and counting mechanism automatically rolled in coil.
