PTFE open mesh conveyor belt
PTFE open mesh conveyor belt is made of fiberglass mesh or aramid(Kevlar) mesh impregnated with PTFE(Teflon). It is the most common rare choice with wide applications, which is widely used for drying of screen printing, food processing, packaging and handling under high temperature. These conveyor belts are long lasting and perform well over operating temperature is from -100°F to +550°F.
They are used in a variety of applications where materials are handled in a high heat environment. These belts can be used in Textile, Screen Printing, Packaging, Electronic, Food and other industries.
Main properties:

* Chemical corrosion resistance, Superior non-stick surface, easy to clean
* Good dimensional stability (coefficient of elongation less than 5‰)

* Nontoxic, Resistance to UV, IR and HF
* Resistance to bending fatigue, it can be used for smaller wheel diameter.
* Good air permeability, it can reduce heat loss and improve drying efficiency.

* Normal mesh size: 1mm*1mm, 2mm*2.5mm, 4mm*4mm, 10mm*10mm, 0.5mm*1mm and 2mm*2mm.
* Thickness: 0.5mm~1.2mm
* Width: 300mm~4000mm.
* Belt size: the size can be customized.
* Normal color: Brown or Black.
* Edging cover types: Heat-sealed PTFE film, PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, PTFE coated Aramid (Kevlar) fabric
