This is a semi-automatic PVC pipe bending machine. The whole machine consists of two parts, one is a heating machine and the other is a pipe bending machine.
The heating machine has a wide range of pipe diameters and wall thicknesses for PVC pipes. The pipe diameter ranges from 63-160mm and the wall thickness ranges from 1.0-10mm.
This pipe bending machine consists of two bender stations. Each station can be used with a fixed size PVC pipe. During operation, no complicated parameter setting is required. Only one pipe cooling time needs to be adjusted. Just adjust time relay.
First, placed the pipe on the heating machine for heating ,when the pipe is softened, taken out the pipe and placed on the bending station. Fasten the lock to secure the pipe, and press the start button to start the pipe bending automatically. After the cooling is completed, taken out the pipe and press the stop button, waiting for the next bend.
