[ARC ion coating]
The multi-arc ion plating machine uses arc discharge to evaporate the cathode material, and the evaporated material forms positive ions. Under the action of a strong electric field, electrons overflow into the vacuum in the form of field electron emission. The positive ions are attracted to the cathode surface to form a space charge layer, thereby enhancing the performance of the film layer.

About Radio Frequency technology,Control the position of the plane target. The main target materials are Si, SiO2, Al etc.The obtained film is transparent.
