Paper Cone winding machine is made of raw paper through inside and outside printing, inside and outside grinding edge, paper cutting, gluing, even gluing, paper cutting, winding, automatic tube withdrawing and other processes, into an ideal semi-finished product.
In terms of energy saving, the installed power of mechanical units has been reduced from 18 kilowatts to 12.6 kilowatts.

With the cooperation of all aspects of new cutting tools and equipment transmission, the paper running step of the production rate equipment can be shortened by 5%-10%.
The production cost adopts the technology of cutting paper first and then gluing, waste materials without glue, and even gluing with flexible polyurethane rollers, so as to save glue and reduce tool wear.
The quality of paper tube is double-sided gluing, which solves the phenomenon of paper tube layering and improves the hardness and roundness of paper tube obviously.
