Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen can be anchored directly to a concrete floor or bolted to a steel frame. The stock flows on a screen and, using the vibrating motion, the good stock goes through the screen into the tub, and the rest that can't pass through the screen is moved upwards into a reject trough.An advantage of this screen is its open design; the stock can be seen while being screened. Another advantage is that the screen eliminates possible clogging as it happens with the closed systems.
Vibration screen is widely used for coarse screen of different kinds of pulps such as chemical pulp,semi-chemical pulp,mechanical pulp,TMP and waste paper pulp.
It is also used in fiber recovery from the rejects and scruff pulp in the pressure screen and separator.

Vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen frame, vibrating system, damping device, slurry tank, etc. The slurry of vibrating frame screen flows directly into the slurry box into the screen frame, and the coarse impurities in the slurry are removed through the high-frequency vibration of the screen frame. The good slurry enters the slurry tank through the screen plate and is discharged from the slurry outlet, and the coarse impurities are discharged from the end of the screen frame.
