Gas and oil heating: mainly use the waste heat of boiler plants, power plants, steam, or heat transfer oil, etc., through the tube reformer to technically process the steam to meet the drying heat and temperature requirements, and the steam temperature is required to be above 110 degrees That's it.
Coal-fired heat supply: natural gas burners, gas generators, fuel-fired engines, etc., build combustion chambers to provide sufficient heat, sufficient combustion, and maximize fuel consumption.
The material flow is: the crushed forage with moisture of about 45-75% is sent to the drum by the conveyor to realize downstream drying. The gas flow is: the pasture dryer is equipped with an indirect clean hot blast stove. The clean air is pressurized by the blower and enters the heat exchanger for heating. The temperature reaches 150-350°C. Moisture, the temperature is lowered to 35-55 ºC and discharged from the dryer, and the dust-containing moisture is purified and discharged by the dust collector.
