CXLQ-III Pavement Material Intensity Testing Apparatus Mainframe (Digital Display CBR Testing Machine)


1. Usage
Pavement material intensity testing apparatus mainframe is a multifunction testing instrument for road bed and pavement material. It can do many tests with accessories, such as unconfined compressive strength, indirect anti-bonding strength for all kinds of binder stabilized soil sample, bearing-ratio test for soil and pavement material (diametral compression test), thermal stability of bitumen combined material and anti-plastic flow performance --stability and flow value. It also can be used for other tests need vertical load.

Characteristic
This apparatus is completely confirmed with the technical requests of JTJ051-93 road test regulations and JTJ058-94 road construction aggregate test regulation published by PRC Ministry of Transport. It is designed with good compact rigidity. It adopts the mechanize transmission, durable and reliable. Button operating could be both mechanize and manual. It is with adjustable terminal disc could self level when rising and descending. It has the stop block. There is a protective cover out of the turn-screw to avoid pulling out and stuffing.
