For in-stock blank products, the production cycle is generally within 2-3 days, as the process primarily involves assembly and engraving.

Choose bespoke styles that necessitate meticulously redesigned drawings for accurate mold creation. (Note: Crystal, glass, acrylic, and wood items do not need mold manufacturing)

Shipping fees will be determined by our business manager in coordination with the freight company, or customers can opt to use their chosen shipping partners for logistics.

2. How to order?
If our current styles don’t meet your needs, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your specific scenario requirements. We’ll send you a curated product album tailored to your needs. Provide us with details on quantity and usage dates, and our foreign trade business manager will respond within an hour with expert recommendations.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Each product undergoes 100% inspection before packaging and random QC inspections pre-delivery, ensuring adherence to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we offer sample orders. Spot samples are free, and custom products may also qualify for free proofing or mold fee exemption based on order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before commencing production,
and provide multiple reliable payment methods.
Upon starting mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring manufacturing aligns with agreed-upon standards.
Our pre-payment policy allows us to procure raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery dates.
If you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we will:
Promptly inform our after-sales team with details of the issue. They will quickly assess and address the problem.
Request detailed information regarding the product's quality issue, such as photos or descriptions, to better understand and resolve the issue.
Provide a solution based on the severity of the problem, which may include a refund, repair, or product replacement, in line with our contract and quality assurance policy.
