(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, the delivery timeline stands at 25 days post order confirmation.

(4) Can I get some samples?
Certainly, following price confirmation, you may request samples to assess our quality. We offer both blank samples and digitally printed samples at no charge.

(5) What is the price?
Kindly provide the following details of your desired paper box: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other order-specific requirements so we can furnish you with an accurate quote.

(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. However, for your first order, the MOQ can be adjusted to 500 pieces.

(7) How to control the products' quality?

(8) How Can I arrange shipment?
1. You can opt to use your preferred shipping forwarder. Simply provide their contact details, and I'll handle the shipment arrangements for you.

2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or seaport details. I'll offer a quotation and manage the shipment for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience even if shipping is new to you. Our marketing team will offer expert advice on shipping, including both air and sea freight costs with delivery timelines.
