Properties and Characteristics
This product has strong detergency, good emulsifying and dispersing properties, rapid penetration, and less foam. It has unique efficacy in removing oil stains and dirt on polyester chips (or plastic chips), and can make the treated chips significantly whiter and brighter with good glossiness and improve product quality.

Scope of application
Scope of application Mainly applicable to the removal of oil stains, dirt and agglomerates on polyester chips (or plastic chips); especially suitable for cleaning 3A bottle chips and oil pot chips.
Usage method
1. Initial addition: Add clear water to the washing tank, and add 25 - 35 kilograms of sodium hydroxide (flake alkali) and 2 - 3 kilograms of HY253B cleaning agent per ton of water respectively, and stir for dissolution.
2. Hot washing: Heat the water temperature to 80 - 90 degrees, and then add the bottle chips and stir for washing for 30 - 40 minutes.
3. Continuation addition method: For every 1 ton of bottle chips discharged, add 3 - 6 kilograms of flake alkali and 1 - 2 kilograms of cleaning agent HY253B to the washing tank. 
4. The cleaning liquid brought out during the cleaning process can be recycled to reduce waste and environmental treatment costs; the cleaning liquid in the washing tank needs to change water regularly as the situation requires.
