Micro-prismatic reflective sheeting

Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting (DG3)

- Compliant with ASTM D4956 Type XI

Diamond Grade DG3. A microprismatic sheeting very similar to Types Vll-IX, but providing high retroreflectivity at both shallow and wide angles. Generally regarded to have a ten to twelve year service life.

 

High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting (HIP)

- Compliant with ASTM D4956 Type IV

A multi-layer sheeting, except that the reflective layeris made of microscopic cube-corner reflectors instead of glass beads - known as a "microprismatic" layer.It can be distinguished by a pattern of small squares or bars superimposed upon the lattice grid. Generally regarded to have a ten year service life.

 

Engineer Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting(EGP)

- Compliant with ASTM D4956 Type I

Robust design aids hand application to large substrate sheets Reliable performance of polycarbonate cubecorners Meets and exceeds ASTM D4956 Type I specification Better daytime and night time brightness than engineer grade with glass bead optics Performance life of seven years.
