Introduction
- PT-GP-240B Sachet Packing Machine is designed with 2 channels running system. It is designed with two heads running system, equivalent two sets of single head sachet packing machine.
- Adopt overall & independent control system, means this machine can be operate together and operate one by one. If one channel of machine is damaged, do not effect the other one normal operation.
Features
- The PLC can be stock more than 10 kinds of recipes in the same time.
- The system has a manual mode to allow operator to control and test the major functions of the machine.
- Using photoelectric detection, automatic alarming while no film.
- Safety system: Door protection device and interaction with PLC control. Three levels access control system with different authorization of levels.
- Any failure the machine will stop and errors messages will show on the HMI.
- Safety caution labels on the machine to warning operator to pay attention.
