Automatic High Shear Mixer Mixing Granulator Wet Type Granulation Machine
The high-position wet mixing granulator is one of the commonly used process equipments in the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. It has multiple functions such as mixing and granulating, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical engineering. Materials are added to the granulating pot through a vacuum feeder or lifting feeder. Under the centrifugal force of the stirring paddle, the binder is injected through a spray gun by the pressure liquid supply system. At the same time, the cutting knife rotates at high speed. The materials condense into hollow granules in the pot. After granulation, the materials are discharged to the next process (whole granulation or drying).

Unique design of mixing barrel: There is a specially designed mixing barrel with a conical-column composite structure. The inner wall corners have a smooth transition and are polished like a mirror. It does not stick to materials and is easy to clean, ensuring that the materials are not contaminated during the mixing process and facilitating the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
Efficient and convenient: Materials in the sealed mixing barrel can complete the mixing and granulating process in just one step, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing the process flow.
Flexible operation: Adopting PLC control, the stirring and granulating motor can be adjusted by frequency conversion. All operations are divided into manual and automatic modes to meet different production needs and operators' habits.
